Busy week
Prepared for a very tiring week this week.... quite a few stuff to settle ... mainly my time sheet & study loan .... was really surprised my boss allowed me to take half day off really easily
did not even ask for the reason but asked whether i am taking morning or afternoon off ... the best part for working for this place is really the flexibility ... even eating dun have to be on the dot 12 pm to ... normally would leave earlier and no questions asked
just really lack of communication tho ... its really pure work when working ...during lunch one of the days .. one hr lady thought i would come back to work during my holidays ....
that really wont happen and there is really no reason to .... i dun like the work that much to go back .... to be honest my work is really easy ... no qualms about that ... but the rigid system here makes it otherwise ...
just find there is too many unnecessary stuff that needs to get things done ... and definitely not my style of work ... too much manual work is only asking for human error ... really how to prevent mistakes from manual work ? experience is one thing , being careful is another, or checking ur work like 5 times ?
heard there is quite a number of pple leaving already ... already saw 3 at the moment ... sometimes really thankful i am not into this line in future ... i dun like it how anyone can be into this line as long u have experience since its mostly paper work and cold calling
just like my position, even an o level standard will be able to do it ... and involves too much talking ...
anyway busy as it is ... will be a short one ... cant wait for school to start ....
